Upcycled/Repurposed Tier Skirt turned Halter Dress

I had an old black jersey 2 tier skirt that didn't fit me anymore so I took some extra black jersey I had and added more tiers and put a stretch woven halter on top. I should've added darts for the bodice to fit a little better, but I was planning on wearing a belt below the bust for more support. I added an elastic waistband and a little lace for a little cha-cha spice!
